It houses a mix of medical professionals, city residents, students, and baseball fans in a luxurious community setting. This privately held and managed apartment community has many options for students. Your financial aid may be able to cover charges at the Ion.
The community offers apartments with gourmet kitchens, a clubhouse, a fitness center, a pool on the terrace, and more. It is a non-smoking complex. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. The Ion is pet-friendly overall. Your pet will be admitted based on breed and animal considerations.
Overnight guests are allowed. There are limits on the number of days each guest can stay over. Overnight guests are subject to roommate approval and security considerations.
Choose from a large range of floorplans. There are studios, apartments with one to four bedrooms, and split two-story lofts. The apartments with multiple bedrooms have separate bathrooms for each resident. You may select a furnished rental or an unfurnished one. The Ion also provides roommate matching upon request.
This community is a short four-block walk from campus. It offers social events, club rooms, and unparalleled views of the downtown sporting scene.
The Ion has 24-hour management, just a phone call away. The entire complex has monitored fire sprinklers as well as a courtesy patrol. All bedroom doors have individual locks.
